In space, no-one can hear you scream. Or is that really the case? Much of what we know about the farthest reaches of the universe comes from sound, not light. Is the void silent? We try to find sense in the world, perhaps in listening out for silence. Our thinkers each in their own way offer up a meditation on the potential of listening again, listening deeper. The results of which have very real consequences for our existence.
